The place is quit with a fairly relaxing atmosphere, I wish there was more options for food in walking distance but nevertheless I must say Andrea is by far your best employee I’ve seen, she is kind caring and goes beyond the call of duty. She is a shining example of what customer support and what care should be, impressive. I will be recommending this place to my friends who need a place solely based on her preference. 5⭐’s
Room is what to expect, a well used, but clean unit with good comfort as well as previous wear. The experience, however, is near perfection. Adam on shift means you have quite possibly the best customer service available. I've had phone calls, personal deliveries and forgotten toiletries (personal slip) all handled and fixed by Adam. He does what is needed, then goes beyond. This is just one cog of a great team that has handled so much for me in such positive ways. The whole crew really does all they can to make the stay here comfortable. This place feels like home with perks, which is always good to come back to after a day of stress.
The staff are super friendly and always ready and willing to help! The common areas and the rooms are spotless!! I have never stayed somewhere this clean and enjoyable. Thank you all for making a stressful situation much more bearable!! Definitely will be staying again!!! Iris left our room spotless…and that’s including cleaning up after our puppy attacked pieces of paper. Management, house cleaning, receptionist, even the guests…100000000000%% recommend and will stay, extend our stay…Definitely a second place to call home!
I stayed a few months ago and wasn't sure I'd be back due to the unhappy atmosphere seemed everyone from guests to staff were walking on eggshells. I came to visit a coworker staying here and wow what a turnaround i witnessed today the manager Lucy was so helpful and joyous you could see long term guests calling her miss Lucy and children hugging her. I saw smiling staff this time around. Pleasantly shocked and can guess that miss Lucy brings the positive change!
I was very happy with my stay. I met the General Manager she was very professional and friendly. She made sure we had everything me and my family needed for our stay.
Its truly a blessing to have stayed here. Adam goes above and beyond his job duties. He's an absolute angel in disguise and I am truly grateful that we decided to stay at ESA. The best part about it was the pool, the BBQ, thee other guests. It really did have a family oriented vibe if you stay there long enough to see. I truly am thankful for Adam connecting with us the moment we got there I truly appreciate you and may Jesus bless you with so many blessings and shield you from things that don't serve your greater good I am truly grateful and appreciate ESA because of Adam.
